AlcoDigital are pleased to offer a permanent opportunity for an experienced Sales / Account Manager to be based at our office in Sussex.

AlcoDigital are one of the UK market leaders in their field and have a need for a customer service driven individual to join their team. The role is largely office based, though may also at times include carrying out onsite training for clients. You will primarily be working from their main location between Storrington and Horsham. Due to this being in a rural location and the lack of public transport, you will need your own transport to get to and from work.

Established in 2002, AlcoDigital offers a variety of alcohol and drug testing equipment and accessories, as well as providing training courses for Workplace Testing and the implementation of the related policies and processes.

Specialist product knowledge training will be provided allowing you to utilise your sales skills and experience to sell the wide range of products and training services we offer to businesses across all markets. Training will be both theoretical and practical, covering the full range of devices and training courses. On a regular basis you will work alongside the technical workshop team in order to maintain your product knowledge and skills.

Largely Office based, this sales-driven role nevertheless requires a customer service approach, developing relationships with prospective customers and demonstrating the company's strong customer service approach from the very first point of contact.

The sales aspect of the role will primarily be via the phone with minimum travel to client sites. At least 1 years Sales / Account Management experience will be a requirement for this position.

Key duties will include:

  • Conversion of inbound enquiries into sales
  • Providing online training to clients
  • Providing in-person training courses to clients
  • Making outbound follow-up calls in response to email and website enquiries
  • Identifying and following up opportunities from within the CRM system
  • Effectively recording call information on the companies' CRM system
  • Administering certifications and course allocation of clients' training needs
  • Achieving sales goals and targets

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a Sales /Account Management based environment, identifying customers' needs through effective questioning, overcoming objections and working towards sales targets. With a professional and friendly telephone manner you will deliver high levels of customer service throughout, building rapport with customers and following up when necessary.

We are offering a competitive base salary and OTE of £25k - £30k per annum.
