About the Role:
As a Credit Hire Team Leader, your main mission is to inspire, guide, and elevate your team to their highest potential. You'll ensure that our team not only meets but exceeds its objectives, KPIs, and targets, all while continuously enhancing the quality of our work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Manage: Oversee the operational performance of up to 12 claims handlers, managing a monthly influx of 600 files.
- Drive Productivity: Ensure individual handler productivity and attainment of client KPIs, including SLA management and indemnity spend.
- Financial Oversight: Maintain robust control of internal billing procedures and supervise credit hire files up to £25,000.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to our qualitative framework, including litigation procedures and complaints management.
- Performance Management: Monitor team performance, distribute tasks, and implement contingency plans as needed.
- Team Development: Identify training needs, create succession plans, and foster a motivating environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Conduct audits, provide feedback, and draft improvement plans to enhance team quality.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the Technical Director to address challenges and celebrate successes.
