Practice Manager role to support the Managing Director in running the day to day business activities, overseeing HR, IT, Office Management and compliance. functions.

The successful candidate is likely to come from an office management or practice management role within a professional services company such as an accountancy firm or legal practice.

The role will work closely with the Directors on;

  • HR Management, pensions admin, contract amendments, new starter inductions, and staff reviews.
  • Insurance renewals.
  • Compliance.
  • IT Management and overseeing the website upgrade.
  • Marketing, office management/maintenance.
  • Being the point of contact and coordinating the firms marketing activity.
