A secondary school in North London(Haringey borough), requires a school Receptionist to start in September
Great school with a lovely atmosphere. There is also parking available.
Dates: September 2024 - July 2025, with possible permanent role available after that
Hours: Full time, 8.15am - 4.15pm
Salary: Around £14.50 - 16.50 per hour.
Duties:
- Covering Reception
- Answering and directing calls
- Meeting and greeting visitors and making sure the correct processes are followed regarding signing in etc
- Assisting students with queries during breaks and lunchtimes
- General admin for the team during quieter times
Requirements:
- A professional telephone manner and personal demeanour, to provide a warm welcome to the school
- Previous SIMS experience
- Very smart presentation
- Highly reliable with a positive attitude to work
- Excellent Microsoft Word and excel knowledge
- Previous school Admin/Receptionist experience needed
- Be available full time for the dates and hours above
- You will need a full DBS (or happy to apply for one)
