We are delighted to be recruiting for a fabulous company based in Watford, they are looking for a new Technical Support Advisor to join their team!
They are looking for someone who has previous technical support experience, as well as someone who has excellent written and communication skills as speaking to customers will be a big part of your role.
Do you work well in technical based environment where you will be solving complex issues and running diagnostic testing!
During training you will work 9-5.30 in the office and after that fully remote Tuesday to Saturday 1.30pm-11pm.

Technical Support Advisor Duties:
- Dealing with customer support requests
- Liaising with network providers
- Assisting internal and external teams with their queries
- Delivering monthly quality and quantity targets
