Project Support Engineer

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Support Engineer at our client's leading Oil & Gas equipment manufacturing company based in the North East of England.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and control of pre-production documentation according to client specifications
  • Working alongside the Contract Engineers to ensure documentation is submitted on time and to project requirements
  • Creation, submission, and control of Notifications of Inspection and sub-supplier documentation in line with internal and customer requirements
  • Ensuring effective transfer and receipt of relevant information between our client and the customer to ensure projects achieve planned delivery timescales
  • Generating, submitting, and controlling shipping of completed goods, liaising with internal personnel to gain confirmation of dispatching and invoicing transactions, and working with the customers' representatives for collection of goods from site.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, developing and maintaining relationships
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to defined deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ICT skills and experience of using Microsoft Office programmes
