The Technical Support Engineer Role:
As a Technical Support Engineer you will be responsible for providing technical support for mixing consoles, manage commissioning, deliver after-sales service, and conduct training for customers and distributors. Technical Support Engineer - Essential Skills:
- Knowledge of networking, Routers and Switches configurations and troubleshooting.
- Experience with VoIP or AoIP.
- Hardware upgrades, troubleshooting and training.
- Willing to travel to client sites.
