Job Title: Registered Children's Home Manager - 3-Bed EBD Service
Location: Solihull, West Midlands
Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
Are you an experienced and passionate leader looking for a rewarding challenge? Our client is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead their brand-new 3-bed children's home in Solihull, providing care for children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care for the children.
- Lead and develop a team of staff to create a nurturing and supportive environment.
- Ensure the home meets all Ofsted regulatory requirements, striving for excellence in care provision.
- Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet the individual needs of each child.
- Build strong relationships with external agencies, including social workers, families, and local authorities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience working with EBD services.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving license.
