A global automotive component manufacturer require a Launch Manager to manage the launch of future projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in new product launch and worked in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

Salary: £58,000 - £60,000 p.a.
Suitable for: NPI Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager. Senior Launch Engineer, Launch Manager
Duration: 12 months+
The Role
Reporting into the Technical Manager you will have the following duties:
- Be an active and integrated member of the program team developing detailed knowledge of products and processes.
- Liaise and report the program status and progress to the Technical Manager.
- Manage the launch accountability process and communicate through the plant meeting cadence.
- Participate and assist in PFMEA's and process flow development.
- Lead and deliver new product launches.
The Person
Educated to degree level or holding qualifications in engineering or project management, you will have the following experiences:
- Proven experience in a fast paced automotive manufacturing environment.
- New product launch experience.
- Experience of managing multiple projects from development to launch.
