We are on the lookout for an ambitious HR Administrator who is keen to progress to an HR Advisor and potentially further to an HR Consultant. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR and eager to learn and grow within the field. You will be working with our proprietary HR software, YourHR.space, and supporting a diverse range of clients, from basic HR administration to preparing bundles for tribunals. Accuracy is paramount in our work, as we hold a high standard of accountability.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Carry out a variety of outsourced HR administration services, including preparing contracts and updating employee databases.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge of YourHR.space for client support, troubleshooting, and content updates.
  • Draft and advise on content for HR documents such as employee handbooks and contracts of employment.
  • Provide support to consultants and clients, including correspondence, email monitoring, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and courtesy calls.
  • Demonstrate Practical HR products to prospects and discuss services.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to advise clients on HR matters.
  • General administrative support and cover as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A commitment to accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
  • A proactive approach to learning and advising on HR matters.
  • Proficiency in HR software and databases.
  • An understanding of employment law, particularly regarding contracts of employment.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of the SME market.
