As an Internal Sales/Estimator, you will be responsible for securing orders for a range of products and services. Your role will include generating new business opportunities, preparing quotations, managing client communications, and ensuring that all sales and estimating tasks are handled efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through calls and marketing
- Prepare and submit client quotations
- Monitor and assess cost impacts of client revisions
- Input sales orders and create work orders
- Identify chargeable extras and raise purchase requisition
- Build and maintain client relationships
- Update CRM and submit monthly reports
- Manage credit terms, overdue accounts, and invoice queries
- Contribute to IT system development and track KPIs
Additional information:
- Type: Full Time, Immediate Start
- Hours: Monday-Thursday 9.00am-17.00pm, Friday 8.00am-14.00pm
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
- Holidays: 25 days per year (Jan-Dec) + 8 Bank Holidays, pro rata for part-time
