TIMETABLING MANAGER

This is an exciting opportunity for a Timetabling Manager to join a globally recognised London university on a temporary basis!

TIMETABLING MANAGER ROLE:

  • Producing teaching and examination timetables for Business School programs using the College's timetabling software
  • Working closely with the School's Programme Directors and Managers in the production of timetables and liaising with other departments within the College, including the Conference Office
  • Coordinating all room bookings for Business School staff and students
  • Producing daily room booking signage for lecture theatres
  • Undertaking examination paper preparation, ensuring that the papers conform to the regulations, have been approved by the External Examiners, and that all amendments have been checked and recorded
  • Undertaking all other examination preparation arrangements, including the distribution of examination timetables to students and the setting up of examination venues, including the creation of registers, room plans, etc.
  • Arranging appropriate invigilation for examinations and providing training to the invigilators

TIMETABLING MANAGER ESSENTIALS:

  • 12 month of timetabling experience
  • Higher education experience ideal
  • Degree educated
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
