My client is opening a new branch in Manchester and is looking for a project manager to oversee the refurbishment of the site over a 3 month period. They are a lifestyle brand with 3 locations already, making the move into Deansgate, Manchester with a launch set for the end of July.
Details:
- Experience in construction fit out, ideally in the retail sector
- Confidence in dealing with on-site contractors to ensure project is delivered on time and budget
- Regular update and communications with client and stakeholders
- Ability to jump into other areas of project management as and when needed
- Entrepreneurial attitude with the possibility to move into another area of the business once project delivered
- 3500 square foot roughly £750k project
- Monday to Friday role
- Hybrid working
- £225 - £250p/day
