Location: Lingfield, Surrey (servicing Surrey, Sussex, and Kent)

Job Description:
Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a full-time, experienced gardener to help deliver outstanding garden care and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess extensive plant knowledge and have a solid background in horticulture. While formal qualifications in gardening are beneficial, this company values hands-on experience and a genuine love for gardening just as highly.
Responsibilities:
- Tend to various private and commercial gardens
- Manage and supervise other staff members, ensuring high standards of work
- Engage directly with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilise and maintain provided equipment and company van
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company protocols
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of gardening experience
- Valid driving licence
- Strong plant knowledge and horticultural skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Management experience (desirable)
