In this varied role, you'll be tasked with the maintenance and improvement of the estate. Key responsibilities include leading the Estates building teams to meet the Trustees' goals for the property portfolio, preparing and managing the annual maintenance budget, overseeing preventative maintenance initiatives, and supervising both in-house teams and contractors. The position also involves collaborating with various operational heads to meet maintenance requirements, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing projects from start to finish, and keeping abreast of the latest industry developments.
