Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Work closely with the owners to develop and implement the business's strategic goals, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Market Insight: Stay informed on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and growth.
- Collaborative Leadership: Partner with Research & Development (R&D) and Technical Departments to explore and penetrate new markets, fostering collaboration across all areas of the business.
- Family-Oriented Leadership: Lead with an understanding of the family business dynamics, balancing tradition with innovation, and nurturing a strong, cohesive company culture.
- Team Development: Oversee Directors and senior management teams, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and are empowered to deliver results.
- Pricing and Profitability: Set and manage pricing strategies to optimise margins while maintaining competitive advantage.
- Performance Monitoring: Report regularly to the Board and family stakeholders on the performance of various departments against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring transparency and accountability
