This role involves close collaboration with various departments, providing valuable insights that drive strategic initiatives and business performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a technical skillset, is highly analytical and has a passion for development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning.
- Financial accounting and liaising with auditors
- Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to forecasts/budgets and identify key drivers of performance.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Monthly summaries for projects, along with key analysis and reporting on findings
- Project accounting - cashflow forecasting and budgeting.
- Producing monthly management accounts
- Financial Business Partnering with various stakeholders around the business.
What you will need -
To be an ACCA Finalist OR ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified professional with over 2 years management accounts experience. Experience in a SME company or a fast-growing environment is highly desirable but not essential.
