Vacancy: Customer Service Advisor
Pay rate: £23800
Contract: Permanent
Location: Rugby CV21
Working Shifts: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (office based only)

As an Customer Service Advisor , you will be responsible for:
- Contacting warm leads and existing clients whose contracts are coming up for renewal
- Arrange follow up calls with client
- Build excellent relationships with clients
- Monitor call backs that need to be made
- Updating internal CRM system
- Provide excellent customer service
To be successful in this role, you will meet the below criteria:
- Task driven
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
