Are you a passionate NPD/Innovation specialist? We're seeking a Concept Development Manager to join our central functions team at High Wycombe; working cross functionally with our Technical, Commercial and Operations teams.

The role:

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract.

  • To lead & support defined company Retailer brand development projects
  • Translate & manage product ideas from concept through to launch
  • To provide site support across the UK on various projects.

Ideal Experiences / Qualifications / Capabilities:

  • Good technical, process & operational bakery knowledge
  • Confident in the use and functionality of bakery raw materials
  • At least 2+ years in the bakery manufacturing environment
  • Experienced in working with customers and providing customer product presentations
  • Experienced at working with bakery teams, understanding manufacturing and site Technical compliance requirements, providing clear direction and project delivery

Desirable:

  • Craft/artisan bakeries background where you have been hands-on in the bakery
