Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a leading business to recruit an Intercompany Management Accountant. This organisation is dedicated to providing practical financial solutions to help customers manage their debts effectively.

As an Intercompany Management Accountant within the Regional Financial Control teams, you will contribute to essential finance processes, preparing and analysing P&L accounts and Balance Sheets while providing insights into key financial variances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Analyse and reconcile P&L and Balance Sheet accounts.
  • Develop long-term financial strategies and conduct financial modelling.
  • Ensure accurate booking and reporting of transactions in line with policies.
  • Perform intercompany reconciliations and ensure Transfer Pricing compliance.
  • Analyse cost spend and report variances to stakeholders.
  • Assist with government reporting (e.g., HMRC VAT) and collaborate with Treasury on financial allocations.
  • Support audits, budgeting, forecasting, and business case development.
  • Provide financial training to non-financial managers.
  • Continuously improve financial systems and processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Accounting qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) with experience in financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of management and financial accounting, including IFRS.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; experience in the financial sector is preferred.
  • Ability to manage workload and deadlines effectively.
