New Business Analyst Opportunity!
Gleeson have partnered with a public sector business based in Nottingham that are starting a new transformation programme which is due to last 2 years. This is an improvement programme to find best ways of working in their current Oracle Fusion ERP system to ensure that they are getting the best ROI.
About the Role:
The Business Analysis will be working closely with SME within the organisation as well as a local shared service centre and neighbouring public sector company to look at the AS-IS and defining what they need to do to get best use of the system. You will be looking for areas of duplication and indecencies and provide critical insight to key stakeholders. You will be looking at processes such as cash, general ledger, P2P.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering
- Gather critical AS-IS processes
- Translate business requirements into a functional analysis
- Work with 3rd parties
Ideally you will have:
- Experienced Business Analysis
- Critical that you have completed multiple projects using Oracle Fusion
- Understand the processes within Oracle Fusion
- Can provide critical thinking and AS-IS analysis
