Reed are exciting to be partnering with a Cheltenham based company looking for a Senior HR Advisor to support the HR buinsess partner and team of advisors on an immediate temporary basis for circa 3 months with the view that it could be extended.
As a Senior HR Advisor, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Supporting the HR advisors with recruitment and checking that all documents are compliant
- Sitting in on grievance/disciplinary meetings and taking minutes
- Reviewing procedures and issuing formal letters in accordance with data procedures
- Support the HR buisness partner with operational day-to-day administration with the HR Team
- Supporting a business with circa 500 staff
- A hands on role and being able to adapt to immediate queries and meetings
To be successful as a HR Administrator you will have:
- Experience within operational HR
- Confident reviewing policies and procedures
- Familiar with the grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Confident speaking with a wide range of people
- Strong administration and MS Office skills
- To be adaptable and flexible to support the team
- The ability to work accurately with strong attention to detail
Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary- £30,000-£33,000 dependant on experience
