Customer Sales Agent - Remote Working
Salary: £22,308 plus great benefits

Are you looking for a remote role and have excellent call handling and customer service experience? We are looking for passionate and enthusiastic candidates for our van insurance team.
About the role
- You'll spend your time speaking to potential customers over the telephone, generating new business sales and helping them renew their existing policies.
- Sharing your knowledge on our insurance products and giving interested customers real reasons to buy
- Identifying opportunities to offer additional products and services
- It's a fast-paced environment, so you'll be the kind of person who thrives on busy days
- This a varied role, as all our customers have individual needs and therefore require bespoke insurance policies that meets their individual circumstances.
About you
This role will suit anyone who has worked in a customer service position, whether that be dealing with customers in a retail or hospitality environment, or maybe you have worked with customers over the phone. If you have a passion for customer service, hitting sales targets and like to help people, this is the role for you.
- Be a strong communicator with the ability to adapt your style to each customer.
- Enjoy working to and exceeding performance targets and closing sales
- Be energetic and have a positive approach to problem solving
- Strong verbal communication skills are a must with the ability to adapt your style when needed.

Hours
The full-time working hours are 37.5 hours per week. We'll need you to be available Monday to Friday 9 am- 6 pm. There is one Saturday shift roughly every 3 weeks, but it's a much shorter shift 9-1 and you would get time off during the week.
