Are you a junior/mid level legal professional seeking a varied in-house role? Our legal team are looking for a personable, commercially minded individual to join them as a Solicitor, responsible for providing day-to-day legal and advice and support across our 20+ businesses on the whole spectrum of legal matters.

Acting as a true business partner, you will support with complex commercial transactions, advise on industry regulatory matters, support on our M&A activity, develop legal policies and procedures and work with the data privacy team. This diverse role is an exceptional opportunity to provide strategic legal support and advice to stakeholders of all levels, enabling and protecting our business with a pragmatic, risk-based approach.

Every day you will...

  • Support our M&A activity globally
  • Ensure our businesses receive the advice they require to comply with relevant legal requirements (including staffing and healthcare regulations)
  • Work with the data privacy teams to build effective data protection framework and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards
  • Ensure compliance with existing shareholder and financing agreements
  • Provide reports and management information to the Board, its committees and the Acacium senior team
  • Work with the contracting team to support with complex contracts and the standardisation and review of our template candidate and client terms
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with our businesses with the aim of becoming a trusted legal and commercial adviser

To thrive in this role, you must ideally...

  • Be a qualified solicitor
  • Have a minimum of 1 year post qualification experience
  • Have in-house legal experience
  • Have recent experience in corporate and commercial law
