I am keen to speak with Senior Legal specialists to join an Investment bank based in Canary wharf. This is a 6 month contract which is expected to be extended.
You will be responsible for:
- Reviewing the output procedures by Technology providers and the data SMEs to ensure accordance of record set up.
- Provide guidance to data SMEs on any queries raised and coordinate with various UK Bank SMEs as required.
Requirements
Ideally you will have the following:
Mast trading agreement working knowledge
ISDA, GMRA and CSA negotiation experience required.
Prime Brokerage documentation experience
