Communicate Recruitment is actively working with a leading, internationally recognised, NPO on their search for a Revenue Accountant. This role will report directly to the Financial Controller, and collaborate with the wider Finance team. This will allow the individual to have exposure to all facets of the Finance function, while also learning off Senior Finance Individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Monthly forecasting of the revenue streams
- Monthly budget vs actual analysis and Monthly accrual posting
- Support the development of revenue reporting frameworks, while also producing timely revenue reports.
- Collaborate closely with fundraising teams for accurate internal tracking and reporting of revenue streams.
- Quarterly balance sheet reconciliation.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and year-end audit.
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant or Finalist
- Understanding of revenue recognition principles, accounting standards(GAAP/IFRS), and financial reporting
- Proficiency in using Excel
- Previous experience of working in multiple currencies.
