In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the Head of Procurement for UK&I and global procurement teams to manage logistics procurement, ensuring supply continuity, cost optimisation, and sustainable sourcing. You'll play a key role in defining and executing the strategy that will drive our continued success in the logistics category.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process for logistics across the UK&I region, ensuring security of supply and cost efficiency.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with both global and regional suppliers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing sites, supply chain teams, and R&D partners to drive regional projects.
- Implement innovative procurement strategies focused on sustainability, innovation, and supply continuity.
- Act as the key point of contact for stakeholders, managing supplier performance and negotiating contracts to deliver maximum value.
**About You:
- Proven experience in procurement, ideally within logistics or indirect categories.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- A strategic thinker who can balance big-picture goals with operational execution.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- MCIPS certification or equivalent experience is a plus.
