THE ROLE:
- Working primarily with Croatian-based speakers, you will provide excellent customer service via phone, chat, email and video calls.
- You will also communicate with English-speaking customers.
- Typically identifying and resolving problems with orders.
- Occasional travel to attend conventions, training sessions and meetings.
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Fluent in Croatian, both written and verbal.
- Other European languages an advantage.
- Previous customer service experience.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
- £23,500 basic salary.
- Performance-related bonus.
