Process tenancy applications and conduct reference checks.

Draft tenancy agreements

Manage deposit releases.

Maintain accurate records.

Upload documents and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Respond to tenant and landlord inquires, coordinate viewings, and diary management.

Arrange routine inspections and deal with property maintenance.

Ensuring compliance with regulations related to gas safety, electrical inspections, and energy performance certificates.

Answering phones, managing files, and supporting the lettings team with various administrative duties.
