Travel Consultant - Corporate Travel
Our client is a prestigious Travel Management Company who are part of a wider global group - they are looking for a junior Travel Consultant who will join their through training program in September. The Travel Consultant is a customer-facing position responsible for coordinating comprehensive travel services.
Travel Consultant - What Will I be doing?
- Comprehensive Travel Coordination: Manage door-to-door travel services including flights, accommodation, car hire, visas, and other arrangements within Corporate Travel.
- Client Adaptation: Tailor services to different clients' travel policies, preferences, and expectations.
- Proactive Travel Solutions: Suggest cost-saving and experience-enhancing travel options and routes.
- Disruption Management: Monitor travel disruptions and oversee bookings via an internal messaging system.
- Relationship Building: Maintain relationships with travel bookers through regular communication and client meetings.
Travel Consultant - What experience do I need?
- If you have studied and HND/ HNC in Travel and Tourism and would like to make a start in Corporate Travel, we would love to hear from you.
- Or perhaps you are working in Leisure travel but want to make the move to Corporate / Business Travel.
- Customer Service Skills: Exceptional ability to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing travel arrangements.
Travel Consultant - What else do I need to know?
This role is a hybrid role in their fantastic Aberdeen office 3 days a week. The hours are Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30.
