Job Title: Community Psychiatric Nurse
Tripod Partners are currently recruiting for a Community Psychiatric Nurse to join the Local Mental Health Team in Nottingham. This is a full-time role with a requirement for travel, so candidates must have their own transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care within the community, supporting the mental health needs of patients under the Local Mental Health Team.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, and deliver interventions for individuals experiencing mental health issues.
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure cohesive and coordinated care, supporting patients in their journey to recovery.
Position Details:
- Location: Nottingham
- Work Pattern: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract Duration: 6 weeks initially, with potential for extension
- Rate: £26.00 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- IR35 Status: Within IR35
Requirements:
- Valid NMC Pin
- Own transport is essential for this role due to travel requirements
- Previous experience in community psychiatric nursing preferred
