So this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving law firm who have an established and successful conveyancing team.
A long standing member of the team is moving on within 3 months and there is an outstanding opportunity for someone to come in and take the reins. You would be working with 2 other people, more junior than you.
A ready made caseload is available and the firm has a lot of excellent connections tied up in the local community.
You will be motivated by levels of service to the clients and by being the "go-to" person for the area for conveyancing.
Progression opportunities are possible as you get your feet under the table.
