Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Andover, UK (Some home working possible)

Salary: Up to £35,000 + Company-Wide Profit Share

About the Company:

Our client is a leading supplier of construction and industrial equipment, and they're growing fast! To keep up with our expansion, they're looking for a proactive and skilled Internal Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to help them build a winning team. Based in Andover, you'll play a key role in hiring for a variety of roles including drivers, warehouse staff, logistics, sales, and account management professionals.

The Role:

As the Internal Recruiter, you'll partner with hiring managers across the business to source, screen, and hire the best local talent. You'll be comfortable managing multiple vacancies at once, and you'll bring a creative approach to talent sourcing to ensure we hire the right people for the right roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles: drivers, warehouse staff, logistics, sales, and account management.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract local talent.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers and provide feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with onboarding and ensuring a smooth handover to line managers.
  • Stay up-to-date on recruitment best practices and market trends.

About You:

  • Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally across a range of roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage your workload independently.
  • Knowledge of the Andover area and local talent market.
  • Ability to work in the office with some flexibility for home working.
  • Experience using an ATS or similar recruitment software is a plus.
