This is a great opportunity for an individual who is proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Handle daily office tasks such as answering calls, managing emails, and organizing meetings.
- Support the engineering team with administrative duties like drafting documents and maintaining records.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and support HR activities.
- Maintain filing systems and manage data entry in CRM software.
