Registered Manager Duties:
- Deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes
- Play a crucial role in making a difference in clients' lives
- Lead and manage the care team, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Build the service's reputation with local commissioning bodies
- Conduct care planning and risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance
- Recruit and train care staff
- Operate quality control systems and perform quality assurance audits

Registered Manager Requirements:
- NVQ 5 in Health and Social Care Leadership or RMA equivalent
- Inspirational, enthusiastic, and self-motivated
- Driver with own vehicle
- Experience in commissioning new services
- Currently managing a home care service
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Competent in budgeting and resource management
- Ability to work collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders
