Data Engineer - Contract Position

Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain durable data pipelines and architectures.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality data that is accessible and reliable to relevant business units.
- Implement systems to monitor data quality, ensuring production data is always accurate and available for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product development teams in designing and deploying data-driven solutions and products.
- Optimise data retrieval, develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support company initiatives.
- Handle scalable issues for both data transformation and storage.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Data Developer or Data Engineer.
- Strong understanding of database management, warehousing solutions and extracting data from multiple sources.
- Proficiency in handling and processing large sets of structured and unstructured data.
- In-depth knowledge of SQL/NoSQL, Python, Java or Scala, and cloud services.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
