A brand new opportunity to join one of the largest patent administration teams in the UK. The role will work alongside a highly-skilled patent support team and be responsible for delivering a first class support service to fee earners and their clients.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years' patent administration experience and the CIPA qualification would be advantageous.
You will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming correspondence
- Distributing work
- Checking daily prompt lists and reminding fee earners about deadlines
- Entering new cases and deadlines on the PMS
- Checking and filing new application and post-filing forms
- Performing internal checks
- Processing client instructions
- Paying fees
- Producing cost estimates
- Training other members of staff
