As an Inside Sales Consultant at Y-Axis United Kingdom, you will play a crucial role in our customer acquisition and sales efforts. With over 5000 enquiries each month, you will be responsible for counselling potential customers who are seeking overseas education or immigration services. Your primary focus will be on understanding their requirements, providing expert advice, and selling our services through various channels such as phone, email, and in-person interactions. By effectively articulating the value of our services and addressing customer queries, you will guide customers in making educated decisions and help them navigate the immigration and visa application process.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, effectively counselling them on overseas education and immigration services through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Provide expert advice on available overseas options, helping candidates and their families make informed decisions based on their preferences and goals.
- Stay updated with current immigration and visa laws and policies, offering clear and accurate information to customers.
- Conduct fair and neutral evaluations of candidates' profiles, objectively assessing their qualifications and chances of success.
- Ensure excellent customer service by proactively responding to queries and advising customers on their immigration and visa requirements.
- Meet assigned targets for customer acquisition, revenue generation, and other relevant metrics by setting clear goals and executing effective sales strategies.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to convey complex information concisely, while actively listening to customer needs.
- Display a sales-oriented and target-driven attitude, actively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Foster positive relationships and collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
Required Skills:
- Min Graduate with Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively counsel customers on overseas options and services.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer service mindset to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Familiarity with computers, the internet, and online communication tools.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude, actively seeking out and pursuing sales opportunities.
