Temp HR & Benefits Administration Specialist

  • Type: Part-time approx 6mths months
  • Location: Little Chalfont
  • Hours: 22 hours per week over 3 days

We are seeking an HR & Benefits Administrator. This role is crucial for providing comprehensive HR support across all aspects of the Employee Lifecycle with a focus on employee benefit and absence management.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Manage all aspects of employee benefits including communication, benefit election, and administration.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general HR queries, providing support for all administrative and operational HR activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of HR systems, processes, and documentation.
  • Provide system reporting and analysis with a focus on absence management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an HR function within a fast-paced organisation
  • Strong HRIS experience, ideally with Workday, and confident using Microsoft Excel for analysing employee data sets.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, organised and structured with high-level attention to detail.
  • A self-starter with effective communication skills at all levels and cross-culturally.
  • Experience using Workday or ADP systems would be preferable.
  • Experience managing employee absence in line with HR policy and legal requirements.
