We are seeking a Facilities and Procurement Manager to join our team and create a safe, healthy, and welcoming work environment. This role is integral to establishing a strong purchasing brand, defining, and implementing policies, and leading ESG initiatives.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Lead health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Provide up-to-date training.
  • Handle facilities queries
  • Onboard new employees
  • Manage the company fleet in line with policies.
  • Implement Group procurement rules and contribute to strategic procurement projects.
  • Monitor expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and manage contracts.
  • Coordinate property and building services, including annual insurance renewals.
  • Champion ESG initiatives, monitor the carbon footprint, and report to the Group.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in delivering high-level customer service.
  • Energetic, self-reliant, and a strong team player.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Quick learner with a strategic focus to achieve key objectives.
  • Knowledge of health and safety legislation, lease, and building contracts.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience supervising a small team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint.
  • British Institute of Facilities Management (BIFM) Accreditation.
  • Degree level education or equivalent is desirable.
  • Certified IT skills, first aid-trained, and fire marshal trained.
  • Project Management qualifications (PRINCE2 / PMQ) are desirable.
