Location: Doncaster

Pay: £400-£500 per week (dependent on experience)

This full-time Teaching Assistant position involves working one-on-one with a child who has additional needs, ensuring they receive the personalised attention and support necessary for their educational development.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing tailored support to the child during lessons and activities.
  • Assisting the class teacher with classroom management and lesson preparation.
  • Helping the child develop social skills and fostering their independence.
  • Communicating effectively with the child's parents and the school's SENCO to monitor progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:
