Eames Consulting is partnering with a reputable organisation to recruit a Enterprise Risk Manager (ERM). This strategic role will support the risk framework, processes, and governance initiatives, ensuring robust risk management practices across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage annual risk management and assurance plans, fostering a proactive risk culture.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk Management on ad hoc projects.
- Develop and operate global risk framework, including Risk and Control Self-Assessments, incident reporting, and emerging risk monitoring.
- Maintain the risk appetite framework, ensuring regular updates to senior management and alignment in decision-making.
- Lead and contribute to the ORSA process and conduct targeted reviews on key risk topics.
- Oversee development and maintenance of the risk management system and reporting tools.
- Ensure the effective operation of the risk governance structure and high-quality reporting to risk committees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with relevant departments and senior stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available or on a minimum of a 1 month notice period.
