Salesforce Product Owner - Insurance
We are currently recruiting for a Product Owner with strong Salesforce and Insurance experience to join one of our Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.
Please note, this role is Inside IR35 and Hybrid working with travel to London 2 days a week.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience of managing relationships with business stakeholders; a proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams, ensuring close collaboration with development teams
- Experience successfully delivering digital initiatives which improve business performance
- Strong experience of working on Salesforce Projects / Programmes
- Deep technical knowledge and experience of working with digital solutions in the insurance market
- Experience working with or in Agile teams
- Have worked on large, complex transformation projects for externally facing solutions that will increase digital revenue and improve profitability
- Working with the team, accountable for developing and achieving product level KPIs.
- Manages product(s) with a moderate degree of strategy, scope, and complexity.
- Maintaining and owning the product backlog and is accountable for its contents and prioritization.
- Being accountable for clear user stories.
- Collaborates with other Product Owners to set priorities for program quarterly planning.
- Sets expectations with stakeholders for delivery of new capabilities, features, and functionalities.
- Resolves open issues/questions quickly and efficiently.
- Communicates expected value and any changes in value to be delivered in each iteration (sprint, monthly, quarterly, etc.) based on the team-determined capacity.
- Leads customer-driven design and usability testing for the squad/team. Collaborates on CDD and UAT across the program.
- Works with the Chief Product Owner and other Product Owners to support the agile transformation programme
