LETTINGS ADMINISTRATOR – Residential Lettings Agency

Location: Wimbledon, SW19

Salary: £28k

Position: Permanent – Full Time

Have you previously worked in an administrative role within an Estate Agency or Lettings company?

Do you have excellent organisation and presentation skills? Do you have an eye for detail? Are you good at prioritising jobs? Can you work under pressure and to deadlines?

If you can answer yes to ALL of the above, and most importantly, you have previous experience of working within the property industry, then this might be an exciting opportunity for you!

An Estate Agency Lettings Administrator is required to assist with Lettings support as part of a well-established and effective team at a highly regarded local Estate Agent with offices in Wimbledon Village.

We are looking for a bright, unfazed and enthusiastic individual who has administration experience within estate agency and has a reasonable knowledge of the residential estate agency.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Administrator (Estate Agents) role will include:

  • Previous administration experience within an Estate Agency is essential
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Articulate with a good telephone manner
  • Smart and well-presented
  • Self-motivated and with high degree of common sense
  • Good computer and literacy skills
