About the Role

Are you passionate about tech and love sharing your knowledge? Do you thrive on creating engaging learning experiences? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! We're on the hunt for a dynamic Training and Content Specialist to join our team.

As part of this role, you will need to travel occasionally to Sheffield (our HQ) and various customer sites around the UK.

You'll become a trusted expert to our customers, a key member of our wider Tribepad team, and someone who contributes to our People First agenda. If you enjoy exciting challenges and want to have fun while achieving great things, this is the role for you.

Purpose of the Job

The primary purpose of this role is to educate and empower our customers alongside our team members with the knowledge and skills required to use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) software.

The ideal candidate will have a background in training within the technology or software industry, with a focus on SaaS products. Experience with training technology that drives effective learning and efficiencies is essential. Knowledge of the Recruitment industry would also be advantageous.

The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive training materials for our customers and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Deliver Training: Craft and conduct comprehensive training programs that empower our customers and staff to master our ATS solutions utilising online training platforms.
  • Training Technology: Bring experience and knowledge of online training platforms that can be used to ensure effective and efficient training.
  • Create Engaging Materials: Design manuals, video tutorials, e-learning modules, and more to make learning fun and effective.
  • Conduct Training Sessions: Lead training sessions in various formats - from in-person workshops to interactive webinars and online courses.
  • Keep Content Fresh: Continuously update training materials to include new features and best practices.
  • Support & Troubleshoot: Be the go-to person for ongoing support and troubleshooting for our selected training platform users and training materials.
  • Evaluate & Improve: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make improvements to keep them top-notch.
  • Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure training materials are always up-to-date and aligned with product updates and company goals.
  • SCORM Knowledge: Use your knowledge of SCORM creation processes and software to enhance our training offerings.

About You

We value your passion for tech, who you are, and what you aspire to become. We want you to feel comfortable bringing your whole self to work, contributing and sharing your thoughts and ideas freely.

While some days may be challenging, you'll find support from everyone in every role at Tribepad. With challenge and stretch comes the opportunity to grow, improve, and help our business thrive.

Key Attributes

  • Knowledge of current trends and best practices in e-learning and LMS technologies.
  • Passion for delivering great service and effective solutions in learning and documentation.
  • An engaging personality who can work well with a team and others individually.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Previous and demonstrable experience in training delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great organisational and time management skills, and be able to balance the demands of a varied workload.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use various computer software systems.
  • Experience with ATS or HR technology systems will be helpful, but not essential.

The Interview Process

If selected for the next step, we will contact you for a face-to-face interview (the first of two). This initial interview is more about getting to know each other and asking detailed questions (we encourage you to bring questions for us).

The final step, if successful, will involve you delivering a short training session on a topic of your choice and then meeting the COO, who will have some final questions for you. (We're a small company and everyone knows everyone else, so please don't be daunted by this!)

Diversity and Inclusion

Tribepad is committed to treating each of our employees as a unique person. We continually strive for diversity and equity, ensuring you always have a sense of purpose and belonging during your career with us. If you need additional support with the recruitment process, please contact the People Manager at Tribepad.
