Head of Talent / Head of Influencer Management

A top agency based in Manchester city centre are looking for a Head of Talent/ Influencer Management to join their team. You'll be working within a team of 7 Talent Managers, working with some of the biggest brands in the world- think Rhode, Pepper Mayo and Hugo Boss to name a few.
This a fantastic opportunity for someone with 2+ years' experience within the influencer/ social media industry and experience managing teams. They operate a hybrid working pattern of 3 days in their Manchester city centre HQ and 2 days at home, this can be flexible for the right candidate.
Some of your day to day will include:
- Managing and mentoring a team of Talent Managers
- Reviewing talent rosters and identify opportunities for new signings, including scouting and signing target talent.
- Support the team with quarterly reviews, including monthly earnings and target reviews.
- Maintaining and updating talent and brand databases to keep information current and accessible.
- Assisting with planning company events and attending networking/brand events to find new talent
