Sales Trainer

We are looking for an experienced Trainer, ideally who has a proven track record in creating and delivering first class sales based training programmes aimed at Graduates through to Senior Executives, to join our busy People Team. You will be mainly operating from our HQ in Bolton and should be prepared to spend at least 2 days in the Bolton office (ideally a Monday and a Friday).

You will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering inspiring, engaging training to our Sales, Academy and Management team.. This will include all 'soft skills' development, the management of e-learning and Early Career Talent Programmes across the Group.
  • Building and delivery of crucial learning for the business including the development, implementation, execution and coordination of all learning and development working with our Sales Training Partner.
  • Designing and delivering inspiring Corporate and Local Onboarding training sessions.
  • Regularly monitoring the success of all training and reporting back to constantly look at ways to improve.

You will need:

  • A proven track record of designing and delivery exceptional Sales Training sessions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and build relationships quickly.
  • Team player with a strong desire to be an active part of the Sales Division, HR Team and Group overall.
  • Passionate about helping others learn and grow.
  • Substantial training experience in a fast paced professional services, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and individual communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with people from different cultures and backgrounds and work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Ability to work under pressure, managing competing priorities and tight deadlines. Prepared to accept responsibility for decisions and actions in this stand alone role.
  • Relevant experience in a dynamic environment creating and delivering group and individual training and learning interventions.
  • Confidence as well as very good communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
  • Clear understanding of the development and achievement of a learning culture.
  • Knowledge of the use of blended learning. Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
  • A working knowledge of all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Full clean driving license, own car and ability to travel are essential requirements.
