Salary: £40,000-£45,000
Reed Accountancy & Finance is partnering with a forward-thinking client in search of a Management Accountant. This is a fixed term contract to support our client during a period of transition. You will be joining a dynamic team and will play a crucial role in the financial management of the company.
**Management Accountant Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of management accounts
- Conducting month-end reporting
- Cash-flow forecasting and budgeting
- Financial reporting and exchange rate analysis
- Ensuring VAT and statutory compliance
- Managing payroll processes
- Assisting with auditing activities
**Management Accountant Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Part-qualified or fully qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent by experience
- Proven experience in management accounts, month-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Commercial awareness and a keen interest in contributing to business strategy and planning
