Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a growing company? Our client is looking to expand their team and are looking for a bright, confident Administrator to bring their enthusiasm and ideas to the organisation. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity. Your daily duties will include:-

  • Organise and maintain files and databases in an accurate and confidential manner.
  • Manage communication including emails and phone calls promptly and with an outstanding level of customer care.
  • Maintain the company presence on social media.
  • Support the Business Development Manager by ensuring the website is up to date including promotional material.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as required.
  • Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail.
  • Maintain and order business supplies.
  • Raise accurate quotes and invoices.
  • Coordinate staff travel arrangements including transportation and accommodation.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. They offer hybrid working (4 days in the office and Friday's working from home) and free parking is also available.
