We're working with a growing international retail organisation on recruitment of a full time Finance & HR Assistant to join their business. This entrepreneurial company is building on several continued years of success and reinvesting in both their operational scale and people. It's an exciting time to join them in a role which is a pivotal importance to both the finance and HR functions.

The role would suit someone who has general office management experience incorporating both transactional finance and HR administration duties. This person will split their week between both functions with a focus on all aspects of sales & purchase ledger processing for finance, and general HR admin. The latter includes aspects such as onboarding new employees, arranging interviews, organising company events, contractual paperwork, assessing staff training needs etc.

This broad role offers good variety and breadth, alongside the chance to join a dynamic team at an exciting phase of the company's journey.
